I guess I lead a sheltered life. I had an idea the other day that maybe if cookpots were insulated, they'd be ,more efficient. I guess others have thought of that, too :)

Do any of you have experience with this? Is it as efficient and easy as the reviews on Amazon and other sites claim? If I could heat the inner pot with an induction burner, would this be a very efficient way to cook?
