A month or so ago I roasted a bunch of Hatch chiles and froze them in usable portions. Last Saturday I took a bag out to defrost to use Sunday. Never got around to it. Here it is Wednesday and not sure if I should use the defrosted chiles. I had read that you need to use them within two days of roasting them, does the same apply to roasted chiles that had been frozen?
