I am spending Thanksgiving with my very old Grandfather and making a huge elaborate meal just so I can freeze tons of it into individual servings for him to reheat after I leave. I am wondering what your experience has been about what the best foods reheated (from frozen) are afterward and what are the worst? I'm making everything including dessert. Oh, and he's a celiac so it's all gluten free - but I'm making all the traditional stuff with the French laundry's gluten free flour.
