Thanksgiving across the nation

I love hearing about the many ways we celebrate Thanksgiving across the country (& world), and the different menus we love. How do you celebrate Thanksgiving, and what part of the country are you in?

I'm in the Pacific Northwest, and our extended family members meet at the family beach house on the shores of Puget Sound. We start off with appetizers of smoked salmon, dungeness crab dip & crudites, cheese, and someone usually brings the traditional homemade lipton onion sour cream clam dip and chips. The rest of the menu goes something like this: Caesar Salad w/shrimp, Roast Turkey w/ Three Mushroom Dressing (bread based), Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Sauteed Green Beans, Sliced Cranberry Sauce out of the can (for dad), plain Baked Sweet Potatoes w/ butter, traditional canned black olives, SF style sourdough rolls, butter, and Pumpkin Pie w/ whipped cream.

Please share your menus and tradtions. Does anybody do the deep fried turkey, or oyster dressing? Thanks.
