I did my t-day dinner yesterday and have a ton of turkey left over...what's the best way to freeze it? It's been a few years since I made a turkey and recall that I froze the leftovers last time with not-so-great results...kind of dry after I thawed it.
Also, I made cranberry sauce (a new recipe) that I loved, and want to make more while I can still get fresh cranberries at a decent price. Can I freeze cranberry sauce? I have some sweet potatoes left but think I'll be able to finish that over the weekend. Stuffing will be gone by Friday night's dinner. And of course, I have too much left-over salad as always, will end up pitching that when I'm tired of it or it's just not edible anymore.
