A post on the Not About Food Board really struck a nerve with me today. Today I started planning my Thanksgiving Dinner. For various reasons it's going to be a bit more complicated thank last year and going it's also going to involve one more cooks (Luckily the kitchen is rather large and said new cook is an amazing one!!)
But there is still tighting up the menu, getting the shopping done, the actual cooking and of course getting it all on the table at a reasonable time!!
This is my first year being ringleader of the dinner, so I was just wondering how everyone goes about planning their meal. What you can cook ahead of time and any logistical tricks and tips you can share...
