Heading to a friends for Thanksgiving Day feast, and I'm providing my "famous" cheese & charcuterie plate (a bit smaller this year since there are only 11 of us)
~Rush Creek Reserve (spruce-wrapped, Vasherin-style, raw cow's milk; Uplands Cheese, Dodgeville WI)
~Isle of Mull Cheddar (milk from cows fed fermented grain from Tobermory Distillery; Sgriob-ruadh Farm, Tobermory Scotland)
~"Frico fa respirare i morti" (crips so tasty they can made the dead breath again!), Parmigiana Reggiani (cow's milk, Parma Italy)
