Thai Spice (IN) - what else is good?

Cookiefiend | Apr 14, 2008 10:44 AM

Today I finally made it down to Thai Spice in Greenwood.
I'd checked out their menu on line: http://www.thaispice.bz/, made a decision...
meaning: what is the least scary thing on the menu?

I went with the Panang Curry. I got it to-go.

It's wonderful. Truely. A marvelous soupy sauce, green beans and white chicken, served with steamed white rice. It's so good that I'm taking home the soupy sauce (I don't know what else to call it, okay - SS) and I'm thinking of what else I could do with it - besides just adding more green beans and chicken and calling it dinner instead of lunch.

Because I know next to nothing about Thai food and what to expect, I was surprised by the SS. Is that the norm? Is it because I got it to-go and if I had eaten it there it would have been poured over the rice? If so, then I'm really glad I took it back to the office.

I'm thinking of trying another curry (the red curry or the catfish curry) or a noodle soup next.

What do you recommend?

TIA
