I'm planning making a recipe for Coconut Shrimp with Red Curry sauce for dinner tonight, but haven't been able to find any red curry paste. Have already been to Trader Joe's, Genuardis, a produce store near me that also has some ethnic ingredients and Martindales (a natural food store). Would be willing to ask a restaurant if they'd sell me some, but can't think of any Thai restaurants nearby. (Can't do any more trekking all over creation today, my restless 15-month-old has reached his limit.) I live in Nether Providence (Delaware County). Would love some recs nearby, but will settle for any recs where people know I can get the stuff. If need be, I'll put off making the dish until tomorrow. Thanks in advance for your help.
