What to use for Thai chili powder in brownie recipe?

IndyGirl | Dec 29, 201108:13 AM     6

Hi all,
Here's the recipe:
http://globalasianculture.com/2010/th...

and in case you don't feel like clicking, here are the ingredients:
8 ounces 70% bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into several pieces
1/8 teaspoon Thai chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon (1.2 ounces) all-purpose flour

I don't have Thai chili powder and I have a feeling whole foods won't have it. Can I just use chili powder?
