Thai Basil in bulk

I am looking for a local source of thai basil (sweet or holy variety) to purchase. I'd like to buy in bulk so I can get exactly how much I need, which typically is about a pound or a but more.

Uwajimaya has small prepackaged trays of the sweet variety, but it was very expensive and I don't need to buy 10 styrofoam trays every time I cook something either. Didn't look so great either.

In my experience, the best thai basil in the US seems to come from Hawaii, so hopefully some of that is around.
