Tetsuya's black truffle salsa: anyone used it?

I have a jar of Tetsuya's black truffle salsa, the very pricey, reportedly divine stuff from the Sydney restaurant. I plan to toss it with some fresh pasta and serve it to some friends this week, but wonder if anyone has experimented and knows the best way to use it. Thanks!
