Test your Taiwanese food knowledge, ID my lunch

Last weekend I had lunch at a place in Boulder CO that served some things that the chef/owner identified but I didn't quite comprehend. Your expertise &/or wild stabbings are much appreciated.

The things that look like amazing sausages are, sadly, not. They were made from taro and rice powder, I think she said, and were pretty gooey/sweet. Does anyone know if there was anything else involved?

The wrapped thing was filled with sticky rice; I'm wondering what the wrapper might be.

The red thing was filled with red beans. The shell was clearly jellied, but it wasn't just gelatin, too grainy for that; any ideas?

Thanks in advance for not scoffing if I'm sounding like a know-nothing schmo.
