The Terroir Parisien Bourse: We thought it was better than the Mutualité site.

I posted elsewhere about our meal there yesterday but realize it probably got lost, which I do not want to be the fate of the Terroir Parisien Bourse. While a bit of a challenge to find, deep under the Palais Brongniart in that huge exBourse building, the place, while huge, is really fun and reasonably quiet vis a vis talking. The food was (as it was over in the 5th) great, simple yet clever - for instance, a sweetbread sausage with potatoes (as are served with herring), a piece of beef, perfectly cooked, with a cafe de Paris sauce, and fries, veal escalopines with a great sauce of mushrooms, scallions and artichoke hearts and a millefeuille that was equally terrific.
2013 is turning out to be a great year and I'm looking forward to the remainder of December.
