Help - Terrific Mexican Take Out Needed Tonite!

Would a kind ChowHounder out there recommend a good Mexican place where I can take out dinner tonight, somewhere roughly in the commute from downtown LA (work) to the West Side (home)? We have a business guest from NYC coming who "sprang" the request on us for real Mexican Sunday nite. A reliable place in the Farmer's Market, called Castillo's Mexican Kitchen, has recently vacated its space, leaving me without ideas. I was thinking anything with Mole, some chese or chicken enchiladas, rice, beans, etc. would probably do for this gentleman, plus some Tequilla cocktails and cold beer. It has to be take out. But - where or where? Thanks.
