The Terra Cotta hamburger--$5.00 in the bar between 4 and 7, during the summer only (and $10 after 7)--is a great meal. The burger is perfectly cooked, stuffed with Maytag blue cheese, topped with grilled onions and pancetta, and served with fresh cut fries (that could be crispier).
You can eat at the bar or at one of several tables set up in the bar. Martinis are also $5.00 between 4 and 7. The One is Ketel One, straight up, with three olives. For $10.00, plus tax and tip, you can have truly first rate meal.
