Teriyaki Fries - used to be in the valley

Several years ago there was a place, on Burbank Blvd teetering on North Hollywood & Van Nuys that was a little walk up burger/sandwich place that made these fries that they then put on the flat top grill and added their version of teriyaki sauce and cooked them together, HEAVENLY! There was a falafel place next door to it and it was down the street from Valley College, Looking for a place that does this?!??!!
