We tried to walk in to BLT Steak tonight at 7:30. The hostess was not encouraging so we decided to head to Teodora instead and had a most enjoyable meal. This restaurant truly is a great find.

We shared the fried artichoke which was not the breaded kind, but rather deep fried in olive oil with some parsley treated the same way. Ordinarily, I don't even like parsley but this way it was quite tasty.

For dinner we each had a pasta, I had the spinach & potato gnocchi which was a heavy dish, but exactly what I was looking for. My fiance had the tagliatelle bolognese which was cooked perfectly al dente.

We skipped dessert and they gave us two mini biscotti - a nice touch.

We sat upstairs in the back which is romantic and filled with candles. We were concerned that our service would be lacking being that we were the only party in that area, but that was not the case. Our waiter was charming and we were well attended to.

Overall, a lovely evening. Our dinner with a glass of wine each plus tip came to about $70.

We look forward to going back and sharing this restaurant with our friends.
