I had tempeh for the very first time yesterday (IQ Foods in Toronto) and I LOVED it. I am not a vegetarian (don’t eat a lot of meat though) but I LOVED the tempeh. Never seen it at the grocery stores, eaten it (or really even heard of it) until now so I have been doing some research. I still don’t fully understand it though.
Just looking for some personal opinions on it and someone educate me a bit more (best way to use it, can I buy it in the grocery stores, is it healthy?) Thank you!
