Ok, i'm bracing myself for 7 straight days of eating next week by going healthy + meatless for the rest of this one. I've burnt out on tofu and seitan and now have 2 packages of Lightlife tempeh which I have absolutely NO IDEA what to do with. The package says to fry it, but as I said, I'm trying to go the healthy route here.
Does anyone have any good tempeh suggestions? I've heard baking it for a long time produces good results, but don't know what the cooking specifics / flavorings should be. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
