Telluride CO Recommendations

Heading to Telluride in late June in tow with my wife and three kids ranging between 5-10.

I'm looking for can't miss spots for meals -- preferably a place I can grab a cocktail. The kids will all get adventurous with food for the most part so we are good in that regard. We are still deciding on staying downtown (my preference) or in the mountains.
