tea time in San Diego

My s.o. has been searching for a store that specializes in loose leaf tea. I am not sure that there is anything like that in San Diego. We were in Atlanta about 2 years ago, and we found a shop at the Lenox Mall that carried what seemed like to me, dozens and dozens of different varities of loose tea. All the teas were stored in large stainless steel tins and all that the shop carried was tea, and accesories for tea brewing. They may have sold hot brewed tea but this was not the Olde English Tea Shoppe with scones and cutesy tea cups and the like. The store had more of an Asian/spice shop feel to it than anything else. Is there any thing like that out here in S.D.? And yes a coffee shop with two boxes of Sleepy Time on the counter will not do. Thanks.
