I just discovered (in Britain) Clipper Organic Bourbon and Vanilla tea. Knocked my socks off. I'm at home today, thinking about this tea, and decided to do it DIY without the bourbon. Yes, straight vanilla in tea. Only a few drops needed (okay, half the capful...). It is HEAVEN!!! I've got the posh Madagascar stuff, and I'm cringing at how expensive my new tea habit is set to become. But oh the pleasure of it...
The same cafe served me elderflower cordial warmed... very good indeed, but I've got my head so enraptured with the vanilla, I can only ponder that right now.
