Coffee & Tea 11

I'm a tea freak. And honey freak. Every month I can't wait to go to Surfas and see what Rishi teas they have and what weird artisinal honey I can buy at 20 bucks per jar. I've got this organic wuyi oolong and Italian honey that tastes more like the most intense vanilla extract than honey...and it's seriously elixir of the gods. I once saw on the Food channel someplace that had like 30 teas that they served, each with serving containers and procedures...not sure what city that was in but is there anything like that in L.A.? I'm not really looking for English tea service as that usually involves things that I pay for but don't necessarily need...and am not looking for yet another winey keemun, earl grey, or such no matter how superb. Looking for exotic stuff...white tip oolong, premium greens...stuff like "Dragon Dancing on Blue Lotus with Drunk Monkey in Mouth".
