I was craving an espresso this morning and stopped in at Tazza, on Henry near Atlantic in Brooklyn Heights, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was (not that I had reason to doubt, but I've generally been underwhelmed by New York coffee). The macchiato was on par with what I've had from 9th Street, and far better than what I've had at Gimme in Williamsburg (only two drinks, admittedly). I'll have to go in much more often.

I've had the shop's baked goods and sandwiches a few times, and they have been v good, too--bonus!
