Taverna Trilussa or Armando Al Pantheon?

lyxxx035 | Mar 21, 201801:29 PM

We will be in Rome for 4 nights in May and are planning on dining at the following places. We will for sure go to Emma Pizzeria, but trying to decide between Taverna Trilussa or Armando Al Pantheon. I know Taverna Trilussa is a bit more touristy but for some reason their Ravioli Mimosa is intriguing (though I can't confirm by reviews if it's actually worth it). I've read multiple reviews on Armando Al Pantheon but can't seem to pinpoint one dish that would make it a definite yes. I also recognize that there are a lot of places we picked that are known for carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatricana, etc.... FYI planned it that way :)! And I know that Cesare is popular but we'd prefer to walk to/from dinner, so sadly yes I am ruling it out since we'd have to take the tram. However, I haven't ruled out La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali though... Thoughts on our plan?

Dinner - Taverna Trilussa or Emma Pizzeria?

Lunch - Colline Emiliane
Dinner - Flavio Al Velavevodetto

Lunch - Emma Pizzeria or Armando Al Pantheon? OR we do Emma Saturday night for dinner and then eat at Trapizzino Trilusa, Supplizio, or Suppli for a quick lunch?
Dinner - Roscoli

Lunch - Pizzarium Bonci
Dinner - Da Enzo al 29

Thanks in advance!
