If anyone cares to read my profile they will see I have a special affinity for the potato.It doesn't matter how you fix it or slice it, I love them. I am going to make dinner in a little while and I just remembered that I have tator tots in the freezer. Yahoo!
I really think I'm a pretty decent cook and I have tried my hand with all types of ethnic, and international dishes. But tonight I want comfort food, and a tator tot casserole recipe given to me by a wonderful coworker years ago is calling my name.
