hi, I was planning on making tater tots as a side for the superbowl this year... I'd like to kick it up a notch and smother with cheese and bacon and serve with sour cream to have a potato skin/loaded baked potato taste to it. What do you think the best method for this would be? fully cook tots, smother with grated cheese and cooked bacon and flash nder the broiler? any other ideas? If I can't get my head around this, I'll be making rice....Booooring.
