What are the best tofu dishes in SF?

For health reasons, I need to be adding some tofu to my diet. (Which doesn't imply the dish itself needs to be healthy).

I have read with fascination all the posts about Asian food that I would never even have known about. Alas, even though I buy Chow News, i'm not organized and digging through all the posts looking for tofu seems overwhelming.

I'm thinking of finally visiting Yummy, Ymmmy on Irving. Do they have some good tofu dishes?

What other restaurants in the city make excellent dishes with tofu. Many thanks for any help.

I'm really not into Soy dream, soyfutti, or soy yogurt. I'm would rather get my tofu in the form of meals.
