Seriously tasty ' Shanghainese Style Bamboo ' by 'Full Fortune' from T & T

Charles Yu | Mar 16, 201501:55 PM     10

I noticed this new product on the shelf of one of the T & T store and decided to give it a try. For those of you who are familiar with Shanghainese Food, this traditional delicacy, if prepared well, can be most enjoyable.
I am pleased to report that this store bought version is as authentically tasting and delicious as any I have tried in the Orient. Crunchy, chewy and perfectly seasoned, I was further impressed by the use of only natural ingredients in this vacuum packed product.
Assuming their other products are equally impressive, I have made a mental note to return and get the 'Shanghainese Smoked Fish'.
