20 folks in a cabin. Everyone is bringing appetizers. So far we've got Italian skewers and Caprese with Balsamic,
Mexican cheese soufflé with chips.
Roasted red pepper hummus,
Spinach artichoke dip (SO over it)
and bacon cheddar dip.
Corned beef cheese ball,
cheese and crackers.
SO lots of cheese.
What would you bring? I could do Buffalo chicken dip or Buffalo chicken cups but would prefer something fresher or another hot dish. Another option would be couscous topped with grilled veggies and goat cheese.
