I had 30 mintures to kill in Reston Town Center, and I was trying to seek out something, anything, that was not soul-crushing corporatized. Despite all the choices, it's a hard nut to crack.
I landed at The Tasting Room, which from the website looks like like it is part of a local winery, Boxwood Estates, but I didn't quite realize that going in. There is also a Tasting Room at National Harbor
I got a cheese and charcuterie plate that turned out to be fairly uninteresting. Everything was served chilled, unfortunately, and all the meats were various small rounds of dried sausage with some same-size rounds of duck prosciutto too. I felt a bit foolish to be hopeful, and it was a waste of money.
