on the campus of Columbia Union College (off Flower Ave I believe, in the residential area), from 12-6.
They'll have free entertainment, and last time I went, they gave tours of their campus radio station too. The CUC campus is very attractive - you get to picnic on the lawn instead of a gutter.
It's not a very big festival, but it seems to grow every year (most food being Salvadorean, Mexican & Peruvian, since those are most of the restaurants in the surrounding area).
FYI: Taste of Wheaton will be Sunday May 15 from 11-4 (that's the one that has the extremely affordable $1 a taste, unless they raise prices this year. They also have free mounbounces & inflatable slides for the kiddies)
