While checking out events that are happening in Paris in our upcoming visit in May, I discovered the Taste of Paris event which is happening at the Grand Palais. At first blush, it sounds fun. Has anyone done this before? Your thoughts. For an extra fee they offer a VIP pass: "The Premium Lounge is open to visitors with a VIP pass. The pass includes a fast track entry into the event, a birds eye view from the mezzanine, a fabulous Laurent-Perrier champagne bar and other offerings."

Worth it? Is it otherwise hard to get into without fast track entry? Thanks for your feedback.

About Taste - Taste of Paris
