Taste of Jiangnan on Clement in San Francisco?

Cruising down Clement Street on Tuesday I noticed a shiny new sign on the storefront that had been the venerable Lee Hou restaurant for so many years. Since shutting down about four years ago, a few different operators have attempted to open here next to China First but none have stuck.

I think the marquee said Taste of Jinan. Or I could have missed a vowel or two and it's not actually named after this important city in Shandong. Maybe it said Jiangsu, the province that is home to Nanjing and Suzhou. Any intell from those of you in the neighborhood?
