I had some visitors from out of town and we hit New Taste of Asia before the busy dinner hour. Vegetarian dumplings were tasty, full of broccoli though a little doughy. Handmade noodles came with a mushroom sauce and were pleasantly chewy (I think they usually come with pork). Dry fried string beans were not as spicy as expected but still tasty. Twice cooked tofu had an interesting texture, pefectly cooked vegetables and an interesting sauce involving black beans. We shared the deep fried apple with caramel for dessert. When the waitress brought it out, she commanded that we eat it as quickly as possible before the caramel stuck the pieces to the plate. It was a bit sweet for me, so I was glad to share, but my bf said that he could've eaten the whole thing. Service was harried, but friendly and accommodating to a small group with infant. The place was packed by the time we left around 6 or so.
