TARTINE, Spring 2016 (March through May) Baking Cookbook of the Month

dkennedy | Feb 26, 201607:27 AM     90

Welcome to the Spring 2016 Baking Cookbook of the Month, TARTINE, by Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Roberts.

We will bake out of this BCOTM from March 1, 2016 through May 30, 2016, and this thread will be used for all reports. For those of us lucky enough to live near the Tartine Bakery, it is your obligation to overindulge this quarter by waiting in their very long line and sampling all their delicious baked goods, as well as baking out of this book.

HOW TO USE THIS THREAD:

Check the thread to see if anyone has reported on a specific recipe you want to post about. If you are the first person to report on a recipe, please post your report as a reply to this post, and please post the recipe name in ALL CAPS and include the page number, if available. This will make it easier to find reports in what is likely to be a long thread. If you are posting about a recipe someone has already reported on, please reply to the original post for that recipe. It will make it easier to keep track of the discussion.

Per Chowhound policy, please do not post full recipes copied verbatim; links are fine.

Happy baking!
