I've been making lots of pizzas lately and want to try doing tarte flambé. I would love to hear any recipes or tips anyone may have.
After a bit of googling I found the linked recipe below, which seemed the most promising (most others called for packaged puff pastry). Any modifications or alternative recipes?
Also any tips on ingredients or technique? Should I use American/streaky bacon or Canadian/back bacon? A certain variety of onion? Pizza stone or baking sheet?
