Taqueria Poblano

-bst | Jun 24, 2003 06:33 AM

Went to the Taqueria Poblano in Arlington (in the Harris Teeter shopping center on Lee Highway) over the weekend. It apparently gets good reviews from some on this site. It was pathetic. It's overpriced (as much as $4 for a taco) and completely boring. My pork green chile burrito was not much more than chunks of pork (which were tender and tasty) and refried beans and it cost over $8. Go to El Charrito on Washington Blvd. instead for cheaper and tastier food (though with no real ambience).
