I have a stupid question about taqueria meat options. What is the difference between "carne asada" and "fajita"? I've noticed both options at most taquerias. One is roasted and one is grilled, is that the difference? If so, which one is typically more flavorful?

I'm also trying to be more adventurous when I eat at taquerias, I've discovered that one of my favorite choices is pastor. What's yours?
