I have to agreed the Pearl Milk Tea in Sweetheart is really good. Too bad I don't live in Oakland, or I will frequent more often. I do have a new find located at North Beach/ Fisherman's Wharf area, close to where I live. The name is Star Twist, on North Point I believe cross Taylor St. My favorite is their Mocha Milk Pearl Tea and the pearl is always nice and perfect.
