I want to make tapioca pudding from scratch - soaking the "pearls" over night.
I bought a couple of different brands of tapioca (from a local Asian food store) and they turned to total MUSH. I think I bought the wrong kind.
Anyone have tips on brands or methods for making tapioca pudding.
Ideal consistency is pudding (there is an egg and whole milk in the recipe) with soft pearls mixed in.
