A pleasant refreshing horchata, wished for a bigger glass.

The interior of the tortilla was quite moist, the egg soft but also somewhat coagulated. A good amount of potato, nice balance versus the egg.

Slices of octopus were firm and tender, slightly chewy without being rubbery. Pleasant with the slices of potatoes, piqued by a generous sprinkle of paprika.

OK lamb meatballs with a solid tomato sauce.

Quite good, but not great, certainly a far cry from the precision and flair at El Piratas de Tapas.
