I came across one restaurant worth mentioning in a short visit to Houston earlier this month: Mi Luna Tapas Restaurants, on University Blvd. in Rice Village. We were out looking for an afternoon snack on a hot, sticky day (what else in new?), and this was the perfect answer. Like most tapas places, this one is moderately expensive: $5-$7 per dish. But everything we tried was good and the Spanish white wine went down cool and refreshing.
