Better tapas

foodcheck | Apr 11, 2007 10:53 AM

Having been disappointed by the tapas at Jaleo in Bethesda, I have been pleasantly surprised by Isabella's in downtown Frederick. While their tapas menu is smaller, it is also more consistently good (no duds) and a tad less expensive. Plus, the ambience is cozier, the service friendlier, and they have a happy hour. I note their paella is about half as much as Jaleo's, but can't vouch for the quality.
