I'll be in Taos later this winter and would like more ideas for dinner. I'll be with folks with good taste who are willing to pay for quality if that's what it takes. Our cuisine interests are broad, but we'd probably like to concentrate on Southwestern. Any good example of any cuisine is fair game, though. Depending on our collective moods, anything from quiet dives to festive extravaganzas might do.
