Restaurants & Bars 1

I have been to Tanti Baci a few times. Usually the service is okay but this past visit the service was very horrible. The servers and the manger had very poor attitudes. Extremely rude when it came to seating, ordering, and paying the bill. Starting out our night, they double booked our table so we only had one hour to eat and made us move without apologizing or giving any reason. A side note, the restaurant wasn't packed at all. I was surprised that the manger didn’t take the time to make sure we were taken care of later on. Once re-seated, our server never once came to the table to ask about the meal or see if we needed anything else. Our table would have to flag him down in order to get service. In a nut shell, the food is pretty good but with the rude sarcastic attitudes I would never step foot back in the restaurant. When you go out to dinner to have an enjoyable night and you have to deal with this, they do not know what customer service means.
