Tank Pho

I've eaten countless bowls of PHO....some were unimaginative, some were souless, and some were downright unedible.

Not to mention any names, but places such as Noodles on Wentworth, Pho 666 -- 888, Dong Ky, has turned me off to Pho in the past couple of years. I like a good enriched broth, fresh ingredients and meats, tasty tendon and tripe, and perfect not 'soggy' noodles. In the past two years I keep running into bad bowls of Pho, thus I have lost my taste for Pho. But my biggest problem is that my GF craves Pho all the time.

My problem is solved. I owe it to Erik and other posters to leading me to Tank. Today was my first time here. It was delicious. The meat was fresh and tender. The broth was the closest to the most perfect Pho broth I could imagine. It was the best bowl of Pho I've had in a long long time.
