Now that I am on a roll (see my other posts), one last question. Hubby says he is craving authentic Tandoori chicken cooked in a clay oven. As far as I know, Tandoor in Chapel Hill would be a good choice. Saffron, also in C.H., has a Tandoori mixed grill that sounds good though fairly expensive.
I am not so fond of Tandoori since it is usually so dry, so any favorites out there that will win me over?
