Is the Tandoori Chicken Wrap the new Burrito?

I had a desi Chicken Wrap from Chaat Cafe for lunch today and it was very good. Reminded me of the burritos from La Taqueria, not the burritos they sell now, but the ones from back in the day when it was just Carne Asada (or chicken) with Cilantro, onions and salsa wrapped in a tortilla, no rice, beans, gauc etc. The wrap had chicken, chilis, onions and tomatoes... deliciously simple

It's Interesting to see Indian food eaten that way, people were even pouring chutney onto the wrap before every bite like one would do with salsa on a burrito. Almost everyone in the place was eating a wrap, a few folks had the lunch plates. I might explore the wrap menu further but for now I am happy with the Desi Chicken.

Don't get me wrong, I will still be a regular at El toro and Balazo, but between Desi Wraps, Al Pastor/chile verde Burritos and Lamb Shwarmas I don't think I'm gonna waste many lunches on a deli sandwich.
